Services provided include: free Options Counseling for expectant/birth parents, free clinical services for life to birth parents who place through CSS, infant placement services, domestic adoption services, foster care adoption services (includes foster care licensing home studies), free kinship adoption services, post-adoption services (counseling, Connections, adult adoptee support group, and post-placement supports services and reports).

Millcreek Adoptions is a team of adoption service providers who assist adoptive couples in preparing to adopt, provide expectant parents with options counseling, relinquishment services and provide post placement counseling/support for adoptive couples and birth parents.
Utah Adoption Specialists
Utah Adoption Specialists specializes in the preparation of domestic and international adoption home studies, annual home study updates, and post placement supervision. We offer professional casework and ongoing support to the families we serve. Utah Adoption Specialists is not a child placing agency; we cannot provide child matching services, but we do provide services for birth parents, including counseling, expense management, and relinquishment services. We provide free options counseling for expectant parents. We also provide adoption education classes twice a year and monthly adoptive parent support groups.
